From time to time Kathy Nairn Photography offers specials and discounts. Generally, the discounts can not be combined with other offers and are time limited.
$25 dollar deposit is required (unless a different amount is specified) for portrait sessions, in order to hold your appointment and any discounts you might qualify for.
If you need to cancel, we advise you re-schedule within 30 days to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
Refunds are not issued on printed products. Please call us if you have a problem so we can resolve the issue and involve the photo lab if necessary. We make every effort possible to insure your satisfaction.

Kathy Nairn Photography reserves and maintains full copyright on all images.
Perpetual non-exclusive, limited use copyright is tailored for orders and can be issued upon request with purchase of images on CD/DVD or other digital formats.
