Kathy has always had a keen eye for close up and personal portrait compositions. "Capturing an unrehearsed or spontaneous expression in front of my camera creates the most natural photographs and draws on your personality, curiosity, mischief and innocence; a combination of character and personal style. Call it Photojournalism or Lifestyle portraiture, to me it's realism - living and photographing in the moment."
Kathy worked with Lifetouch Portrait Studios in the retail environment for 2 years, taking portraits of children, teens, adults and families as well as passport head-shots. Her photography blossomed from hobby to professional artisan over a period of 30 years.
Today, her photography and photo-art has been featured at a number of print on demand (POD) web sites, selected as Editor's Choice, and purchased as cards, framed prints and fine art gifts.
